Your quality of life is affected if you can't let things go. You know what it's like to walk around with a lot of negative thoughts. You can either continue with an unpleasant feeling in your stomach while also making those around you miserable, or you can choose to say: "Oh, how annoying, but I'll let it go" and simultaneously give Let It Go a quick click.
A single click on Let It Go and your worries are sent into nothingness so you are no longer burdened by them.
"Letting go is really good in situations that you can't change anyway. If you have a quick temper, you need to be able to let things go. Or if you're the type who easily feels guilty or gets annoyed about things, then you should also use Let It Go," psychologist Marie Aagaard Larsen has stated to Samvirke.
Let It Go doesn't wear out, so you can use it as often as you want.
According to Marie Aagaard Larsen, it's a habit that we sometimes ponder over problems we can't do anything about anyway. A good exercise is to see the situation from someone else's perspective: "We are our own worst critic. Therefore, consider what you would say to another person who had made the same mistake. If you would say 'Let it go, don't think about it anymore', others would probably answer you the same," she says.
To get better at something, you need to practice. Clicking on Let It Go is training yourself to get better at letting things go.
Every time you use Let It Go, 2 Mindfulness minutes are saved in Apple's Health App so you can keep track of how much Let It Go has helped you.
The Health app collects health data from your iPhone, Apple Watch, and apps like Let It Go, so all your results are gathered in one place. Health focuses on four categories: Activity, Sleep, Mindfulness, and Nutrition. Health automatically counts your steps and measures how far you've walked or run. And if you have an Apple Watch, your activity data is automatically recorded. You have control over the information you create or collect about yourself, and it's encrypted with your password when you lock your iPhone.
